  • Staffing your sale with qualified, friendly and experienced team members.
  • No upfront costs.
  • Home will be broom swept clean after completion of the sale. 
  • All unsold items can be donated to a charitable organization or arrangements can be made for a total clean-out. 
  • Full payment within 5 days of sale completion.

  • We provide detailed receipts for all items sold.
